Our family office provides capital as an investor and advises both entrepreneurs and investors on financing, restructuring, M&A, and succession solutions. Our vision is the long-term and sustainable development of companies through active strategic and operational engagement and the contribution of relevant expertise from our network.  

We are particularly committed to executive managers who have built up their wealth through hard work. Our clients are start-up founders and entrepreneurs who have carried out a management buy-in or management buy-out. Over the past decades, we have managed numerous issues relating to asset protection and asset growth for this target group. As investors, we have invested in distressed companies ourselves and provided them with a secure home after their turnaround. We have also contributed our knowledge and management skills to numerous interim management mandates and restructuring projects.

Our investment criteria within this framework are as follows:

• Established medium-sized companies in Europe and North America or technology start-ups
• Special situations (e.g. corporate spin-offs, balance sheet issues due to high debt levels, significant operational losses, low or even negative liquidity) do not constitute an obstacle to investment
• Business models with clear unique selling points (IP/patents) or top process specialists in defined industries
• Crisis & growth cases: minimum revenue of €50 million; start-ups: idea generation completed and management already in place
• Experienced management team with many years of industry expertise or unresolved succession situation
• Preference for recurring revenues and long-term customer relationships (e.g. serial production in the automotive supplier segment)
