Our family office believes that the future of the real estate segment will also be shaped by those who invest not only in bricks and mortar but in values.

We seek properties in prime locations that offer a high quality of life. The focus is on long-term value appreciation. Speculative trading through rapid purchase and resale is not our approach. Short-term returns are not the focus of our investment strategy. We therefore always ask ourselves whether we would want to live in the target property ourselves. We are looking for hand-picked gems. As part of our investment activities, we have also gained a wealth of experience in the renovation of old buildings. These are properties that impress with their size, amenities or location. And there are those that tell a story. The latter are usually are usually created where investors don’t just invest, but design with conviction – with personal commitment, patience and a feel for what truly endures. Our family office has the freedom to shape its own projects with care and character.
